Je vous propose ce nouveau système de gouvernance, c'est pour contrer ce qui vient et rester dans le rationnel et la stabilité dans les tourments des évènements à venir. C'est un peu comme un remède pour garder la tête froide pendant ces temps de changements de tous bords, garder notre dignité d'être humain et ne pas perdre nos repères, nos sens des responsabilités et la sagesse de nos ancêtres.

I propose this new system of governance to you , it is to counter what is coming and to remain rational and stable despite the torments of events. It is like a remedy to keep a cool head during these times of change on all slides, to keep our dignity as human beings and to not lose our landmarks, our sense of responsability and the wisdom of our ancestors.

POURQUOI EN SOMMES-NOUS LÀ, DANS CETTE SITUATION SI GRAVE ?

Notre situation désastreuse actuelle vient d'une cause première, celle du processus d'industrialisation qui s'est déclenché en Europe au début du 19e siècles : à la fin du 18e siècle en Angleterre, en France au début du 19e, puis l'Allemagne et les Etats-Unis au milieu du 19e, et enfin la Russie et le Japon à l'aube du 20e siècle. Ce qu'on appelle la Révolution Industrielle qui, au départ est une révolution technique permettant les perfectionnements de la machine à vapeur, la mécanisation des manifactures devenant ainsi des usines standardisées vouées à la production intensive.

La révolution technique générant une productivité colossale, presque sans limite, donne naissance à un nouveau modèle économique sans précédent qui bouleverse l'ordre social établi et créant ainsi de nouveaux acteurs ou des esclaves de la production intensive. Qui dit production intensive dit augmentation intensive des parts du marché donnant naissance ainsi à la révolution de la consommation de masse qui devient exponentielle et frénétique. Et avec la révolution technologique, de l'information et de la communication, nous arrivons ainsi à notre mondialisation actuelle où l'ordre est de consommer non-stop. Et le marketing et la publicité, ces sciences de l'addiction et de la manipulation pure, nous encouragent dans cette sur-consommation à outrance faisant de nous des sapiens consummerus voraces, sans conscience et stupides. Nous pouvons qualifier notre ère de l'ère des Sapiens Stupidus ou de l'Homo Stupidus !

Oui nous sommes stupides et inconscients. En Occident, aux Etats-Unis, en Chine, au Japon...etc et les riches et les catégories aisées des autres pays consomment, sur-consomment jusqu'à l'écoeurement. Vous ne  vous rendez pas compte ou vous ne voulez pas savoir que chaque produit de consommation utilise des ressources et que plus il y a de consommation, plus il y a diminution des ressources et plus on dilapide la planète. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous la salissons avec nos déchets, la polluons avec les rejets de nos usines et voitures et l'empoisonnons avec nos engrais chimiques et nos pesticides. Mais quelle espèce détruit et tue petit à petit son hôte ? Les VIRUS. Il n'y a aucune intelligence chez les virus; ils travaillent mécaniquement jusqu'à la destruction totale càd la mort de leur hôte et donc aussi leur propre mort. Voulez-vous vraiment copier ces virus et vous comporter comme tel?

Oui vous êtes stupides tous autant que vous êtes. Mais vous êtes en partie responsables. La plus grande part des responsabilités est dans les mains de vos dirigeants politiques à qui vous donner le pouvoir de gouverner en votre nom et qui vous bernent par la séduction et la démagogie.

Vous avez fait le choix de la DEMOCRATIE, le pouvoir du peuple par le peuple. Cependant la démocratie directe, losque que le peuple se réunit ensemble et prend des décisions à main levée, étant impossible, vous avez opté pour la démocratie élective où vous élisez vos représentants et vous leur donnez l'exercice du pouvoir en votre nom. Les élus du parti formant la majorité forme le gouvernement et a la légitimité de gouverner. Les autres élus malchanceux qui ne forment pas le gouvernement constituent l'opposition et ont la liberté de critiquer les actions du gouvernement. Comme on ne leur demande pas de comptes, ils peuvent dire le tout et son contraire, parfois même dans la même phrase, irresponsablement sans vergogne et sans remords, allant même jusqu'à paralyser le pays. On trouve ce genre de démocratie en Occident.

Il y a aussi la démocratie représentative losque les citoyens de chaque région choisissent leurs représentants pour exercer le pouvoir en leur nom et qui constituent l'assemblée nationale. C'est l'exemple du parlementarisme québécois que je trouve plus juste et plus prêt du peuple.

D'autres nations ont préféré la fameuse Démocratie populaire sous le pompeux nom de République Démocratique Populaire de ...(Chine, Corée, ex-Union Soviétique, Kampuchea...etc). Ce genre de démocratie qui n'ont de 'démocratie' que de nom et n'a rien avoir du tout avec le gouvernement du peuple par le peuple. La première conséquence est l'extermination de masse. C'est la forme de démocratie la plus sanguinaire, la plus exterminatrice et la plus répressive de toute l'histoire de l'Humanité. Sous ce régime de terreur et totalitaire, des millions individus sont torturés, tués. De mémoire de l'Humanité, jamais aucun régime n'a tué et exterminé autant d'êtres humains que celui-là. La révolution communiste a ravagé la planète et en fait un véritable carnage et un véritable charnier dans tout l'Histoire du 20e siècle, un siècle d'absolue noirceur et d'absolue ignorance.

Et il y a aussi ce régime bizarre qu'on appelle la Monarchie constitutionnelle où il y a un roi ou une reine à la tête de l'état mais qui ne gouverne pas car la gouvernance est laissée dans les mains du Premier ministre, l'élu du parti majoritaire au pouvoir. Pourquoi garder ce genre de bizarrerie inutile si ce n'est pour coûter cher aux contribuables?

A travers ce petit survol, nous voyons oh combien le 20e siècle est un siècle d'absolue  boucherie et d'absolu ténèbre. L'Humanité est ravagée par la vague communiste(Au Cambodge, les khmers rouges ont sauvagement massacré plus de 2 Millions de Khmers innocents sur une population totale de 7 millions!!! Pure folie? Pure inconscience? ou juste pur carnage? Aucun mot ne peut décrire ces rizières de la mort qui s'étendent à perte de vue de 1975 à 1979), dévastée par  les deux guerres mondiales (Le peuple japonais qui a payé cher avec les deux bombes atomiques), le national socialisme allemand (6 millions de Juifs innocents dans des camps de la mort), la colonisation et les guerres de domination ont tué à la pelle les belligérants, les peuples innocents et les minorités ethniques ...etc.

Oui un siècle très sombre sans une once de Lumière et l'Humanité en grand deuil. Et c'est pourtant un siècle exalté par l'ampleur de la Démocratie, le Pouvoir du Peuple par le Peuple ou le Pouvoir de la Masse par la Masse. Et qu'est-ce la Masse ? Une matière dense, sans intelligence, violente et complètement STUPIDE!!! Comment ces démocraties arrivent-elles faire un tel carnage et un tel charnier de notre Humanité? Comment est-ce possible que l'on puisse tuer simplement parce que l'autre est différent, qu'il a une autre de couleur de peau, une autre croyance, comment est-il possible qu'il y ait tant de haine, de violence et de dirigeants psychopathes? Ce siècle d'absolue horreur n'est pas très loin de vous. Vos parents et grand-parents l'ont connu. Alors pensez-vous toujours être en sécurité à vivre dans une DEMOCRASSIE...oops DEMOCRATIE? La Masse élisent souvent les candidats qui leur ressemblent. Si la Masse est violente, stupide et inconsciente, elle va élir un candidat plus violent, plus stupide et plus inconscient qu'elle puisque pour elle le 'plus', c'est le mieux, le meilleur et c'est la porte ouverte à l'extermination de masse puisqu'il s'agit ici que de masse, de citoyens sans conscience. Dans une Démocratie, VOUS n'êtes pas un SUJET, vous êtes un numéro parmi tant d'autres facilement standardisé et formaté, facilement berné et conditionné et facilement utilisé et éliminé autrement dit un objet jetable. 

Qu'est-ce un Sujet? Un Sujet, c'est l'Actant, c'est celui qui dit "Je", qui agit, qui est animé. Comme à l'époque des théâtres romains de l'ancienne Rome, l'acteur sur scène c'est celui qui est animé d'un soufle divin pour manifester la volonté divine. Pareillement à ce concept, le Sujet est animé par son Ame, une forme de soufle divin ou une entité immortelle d'un autre plan supra-physique et qui en s'associant avec son corps mortel le transforme en Individu, un être indivisible corps et âme et qui agit en son âme et conscience. Seulement le Sujet ne peut vivre que dans un vrai Royaume car il ne peut s'éveiller qu'à la Royauté car l'Ame qui vit en lui a besoin de cadre et d'hiérarchie holistique pour pleinement s'éveiller et se concientiser. Autrement dit son âme a besoin de Noblesse et de Grandeur pour pleinement s'exprimer en tant que entité holistique. Elle ne peut pas s'éveiller dans une société de masse tirée vers le bas et vers la médiocrité.

En seulement 200 ans environ, l'industrialisation et la démocratie ont réussi l'exploit de quasiment dilapider notre planète et d'éradiquer un très grand nombre d'espèces de faune et de flore. Vous avez ouvert la boîte de Pandore et libéré ces deux terribles maux insatiables et voraces sur Terre. La démocratie, son terrain de chasse, c'est le Peuple et comme vous êtes si nombreux, elle en est devenue grasse et dégoulinante de faussetés et de tromperies. De sa voix suave et enchanteresse, elle vous murmure des idées de liberté et de légalité tout en  se gavant de votre âme et conscience derrière votre dos. En échange d'un rêve éveillé, vous avez troqué ce qu'il y a de plus précieux en vous, votre âme. Vous êtes maintenant sans âme, des coquilles vides auxquelles la démocratie et son armée de serviteurs ( la consommation, la productivité, la croissance économique infernale, le luxe, la publicité, le marketing..etc) s'empressent de vous remplir de besoins inutiles pour vous empêcher de vous éveiller. Ainsi chaque jour, vous commencez et recommencez une vie insipide où vous levez pour aller gagner de l'argent pour payer ces besoins superflus et ainsi de suite, sans fin. Vous êtes devenus des Sisiphe en puissance. Mais une fois éveillé, vous découvrez avec horreur l'ampleur du désastre car derrière le voile de la liberté, de la légalité,  de l'abondance, de la richesse et du luxe, il n'y a que désolation et ruine. Maintenant, vous voulez faire machine arrière mais il est déjà trop tard. Très souvent, il y a des leçons à apprendre.   

WHY ARE WE HERE, IN THIS DIRE SITUATION ?

Our current desastrous situation comes from a primary cause, that of the processus of industrialization which was triggered in Europe at the beginning of the 19th century : at the end of the 18th century in England, in France at the beginning of 19th, then Germany and the United States in the middle of 19th and last Russia and Japan at the dawn of the 20th century. What is called the Industrial Revolution, which at the start is a technical revolution allowing improvments of steam engine, the mechanisation of the facturies thus becoming the standardised facturies dedicated to intensive production.

The technical revolution generating a colossal, almost limitless productivity gives birth to a new unprecedented economic model which modifies the social order and thus creates new actors or slaves of intensive production. Who say intensive production, say intensive inscrease of the market thus giving birth to the revolution of mass consumption which becomes exponential and frenetic. And with the technological, information and communication revolution, we arrive at our actual globalization where the order is to consume non-stop. And marketing and advertising, these sciences of pure addiction and manipulation, encourage us in this excessive over-consumption making us consummerus sapiens voracious, without conscience and stupid. We can qualify our era, the era of Sapiens Stupidus or Homo Stupidus!

Yes we are stupid and unconscious. In the West, in the United-States, in China, in Japan..etc and the rich and wealthy categories in other countries consume and over-consume to the point of disgust.

You do not realize or rather you do not want to know that each consumer product uses resources and that the more there is consumption, the more there is reduction in resources, and the more the planet is wasted. And icing on the cake, we dirty it with our waste, pollute it with the waste from factories and cars and poison it with pour chimical fetilizers and presticides. But what species gradually destroys and kills its host? VIRUSES. There is no intelligence in viruses. They work mechanically until the total destruction ie death of the host and thus also their own death. Do you want to copy viruses and to behave as such?

Yes you are all stupid as much as you are. But you are only partially responsible. Most of the responsibility is in the hands of your political leaders to whom you give the power to govern in your name and who fool you by seduction and demagogy.

You have chosen DEMOCRACY, the power of the people by the people. However, direct Democracy, when the people meet together and make decision by a show of hands, being impossible, you have opted for elective democracy where you elect your representatives and give them the exercise of power on your behalf. The elected members of the majority party form the government and have the legitimacy to govern. The other unclucky elected members form the opposition and have the freedom to criticize the actions of the government. As they are not called to account, they can say everything and its opposite, sometimes in the same sentence, irresponsably, shamelessly and without remorse, even going so far as to paralyze the country. We find this kind of democracy in the West. 

There is also representative democracy when the citizens of each region choose their representatives to exercize power on their behalf and who constitute the national assembly. This is the example of Quebec parliamentarism that I find fairer and closer to people.

Other nations have preferred the famous People's Democracy under the pompous name of People's Democratic Republic of...(China, Korea, former Soviet Union, Kampuchea..etc). This kind of democracy which has 'democracy' only in name and has nothing to do the governement of people by the people. Its first consequence is mass extermination. It is the bloodiest, most exterminating and most repressive form of democracy in history of mankind. Under this regime of terror and totalitarianism, millions of individuals are tortured and killed. In the memory of humanity, no regime has ever killed and exterminated as many human beings as this one. 

The communist revolution ravaged the planet and made it  real carnage and a real mass grave in the whole history of the 20th century, a century of absolute darkness and absolute ignorance.

And there is also this bizarre regime called the constitutional monarchy where there is a king or a queen who is the head of the state but who does not govern because the governance is left in the hands of the prime minister, the elected representative of the majority party in power. Why keep this kind of unnecessary oddity if not to cost taspayers dearly.

Through this little overview we can see how the 20th century is a centuty of absolute butchery and absolute darkness. Humanity is ravaged by the communist wave (in Cambodia, the khmers rouges savagely massacred more than 2 millions of innocents Khmers out of a total population of 7 millions!!! Pure madness? Pure unconsciousness? or juste pur carnage? No words can describe the rice fields of death that strech as far as the eye can see between 1975  and 1979), devastated by the two World Wars (the Japonese People paid deadly the two atomic bombs), by the German National Socialism (6 millions of innocent Jews in the death camps), by the colonization and wars of domination (belligerants, innocent people and ethnic minorities were killed by shovel). Yes a very dark century without an ounce of light and Humanity is in deep mourning. And yet it is a century elated by the extent of Democracy, the power of the People by the People or the power of the Mass by the Mass. And what is mass? A dense matter, formless, without intelligence, violent and completely STUPID. How do these democracies manage to wreak such carnage and such mass grave of our humanity? How is it possible that one can kill the other simply because he is different, he has another color of skin or he has another belief? How is it possible that there is so much hatred, so much violence and so many psychopathic leaders? This century of absolute horror is not very far from you. Your parents and grandparents knew it. So do you think you are still safe to live in a DEMOCRAZY...oops DEMOCRACY? The Masses often elect candidates who look like them. If the masses are violent, stupid and unconscious, they will elect a more violent, stupider and more unconscious candidate than themselves since they think that 'more' is better. And this the door to the mass extermination since it is here a question of masses ie of  citizens without conscience. 

In a democracy, you are not a SUBJECT, you are a number among many others easily standardised and formatted, easily deceived and conditioned, and easily used and eliminated in other words a disposable object. 

What is a Subject? A Subject is the Actant, the one who say "I", who act and who is animated. As at the time of ancient theaters of ancient Rome, the actor on stage is the one who is animated by a divine breath to manifest the divine will. Similar to this concept, the Subject is animated by his Soul, a form of divine breath or an immortal entity from another supra-physic plane and which, by associating with his mortal body, transform him into an Individual, an indivisible body-soul being and who acts with his soul and conscience. 

The Subject can only life in a real kingdom because he can only awaken to Royalty because the Soul that lives in him needs a framework and a holistic hierarchical order to fully awaken and  becomes aware. In other words, his Soul needs Nobility and Grandeur to fully express itself as an holistic entity. It can not wake up in a mass society which is dragged down and towards mediocrity.

In just about 200 years, industrialization and democracy have managed the feat of almost squandering our planet and eradicating a very large number of fauna et flora. You have opened Pandora's box and released these two terrible, unsatiable and voracious evils on Earth. Democracy, its hunting ground is the People and as you are so numerous, it has become fat and dripping with falsehoods and deceptions. In her sweet and enchantering voice, she whispers ideas of freedom and legality to you while gorging on your soul and conscience behind your back. In exchange for a waking dream, you traded what is most precious in you, your soul. You are now soulless, empty shells to which democracy and its army of servants (consumerism, productivity, hellish economic growth, luxery, advertising, marketing ..etc) hasten to fill you with useless needs to prevent you from awakening. So every day, you start and start again a tasteless life when you get up to go and earn money to pay for these superfluous needs and so on, without end. You have become Sisiphs at a large scale. But once awake, you discover with horror the extent of the disaster because behind the veil of freedom, of legality, abundance, wealth and luxury, there is only desolation and ruin. Now you want to backtrack but it is already too late. Very often, there are lessons to be learned.

ប៉ុន្តែតើប្រភេទណាខ្លះដែលបំផ្លាញ និងសម្លាប់ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរបស់វាបន្តិចម្តងៗ? មេរោគ។ មិនមានបញ្ញានៅក្នុងមេរោគទេ។ ពួកគេធ្វើការរហូតដល់ការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ និងការស្លាប់របស់ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះទាំងមូល។ ដូច្នេះហើយ សម្លាប់ខ្លួនពួកគេផងដែរ។

តើអ្នកចង់ធ្វើដូចមេរោគទាំងនេះ ហើយធ្វើដូចពួកគេទេ?

វា​ជា​ការពិតអ្នក​រាល់​គ្នា​ល្ងង់​ដូច​ពួកគេ។ ប៉ុន្តែអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវមួយផ្នែកទេ។

ទំនួលខុសត្រូវភាគច្រើនស្ថិតនៅក្នុងដៃរបស់មេដឹកនាំនយោបាយរបស់អ្នក ដែលអ្នកផ្តល់ឱ្យអំណាចដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រងក្នុងនាមរបស់អ្នក និងដែលបញ្ឆោតអ្នកដោយការល្បួង និងបំភាន់។
